I write each report using OpenOffice.org Writer. I do not use a computer-generated report with "canned" text. Each of my reports is original and unique. I write each report expressly for the client and the house I inspect that day.

My reports are written in a TABLE format. Each section of the table contains an area for narrative comments and photos.

I offer a sample report for viewing below. You can look at it to determine what the general format of your report will be like. I am continually upgrading the report style and format to make it easier for you to read and understand, so your report may not look exactly like the sample.

I deliver the report to you via email in PDF format.  If you request, I can fax or mail the report to you also.
